Michelle Naguit Hileman, MS, CCC-SLP
Michelle moved to the Napa Valley in 2003 and began her career in pediatric speech-language pathology with the Napa County Office of Education. She opened Napa Valley Speech Therapy, Inc. in 2008 after being inspired by the incredible need for private practitioners to support the development of children in the community. Her experience includes K-8 public school settings, home- and center-based early intervention services, and preschool inclusion sites. Michelle received a Bachelor of Science degree in General Biology from University of California, San Diego and a Master of Science degree in Communicative Disorders from San Francisco State University. She is licensed by the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). |
Rocio Soto, MS, CCC-SLP
Rocio first joined Napa Valley Speech Therapy, Inc. in 2015 as a speech-language pathology assistant (SLPA). She had previously been a behavior assistant providing home- and school-based supports to children with autism spectrum disorder. In 2019, Rocio graduated from the University of Redlands with a Master of Science degree and a Specialty Certificate in Bilingual Speech-Language Pathology: Spanish Language Focus. In her role with us as a SLPA and subsequently as a Clinical Fellow (CF), Rocio provided bilingual (Spanish/English) services in both the home and clinic settings. She now has full SLP status and works with us on a part-time, seasonal basis, as she also works full-time with the Napa Valley Unified School District providing services to school-aged children. Rocio is licensed through the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). |
Cristal Anguiano, MA, CCC-SLP
Cristal was born and raised in the Napa Valley. In 2014, she graduated from California State University, Chico with a Master of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders. After graduating, Cristal returned to her hometown where she started her journey with Napa Valley Speech Therapy, Inc. Most of her experience has been in private practice where she has worked extensively with toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children. As a bilingual clinician, Cristal provides services in English and Spanish. Her area of interest is in serving the birth-to-three population and working with the families in the home setting. Cristal holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed through the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board.

Yadira Puebla-Castillo, BS, SLPA
Yadira is a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) who joined Napa Valley Speech Therapy, Inc. in 2018. Her primary role is providing bilingual (Spanish/English) services to the birth-to-three population in the home setting. She is a Napa Valley native and is passionate about serving her community, and hopes to continue doing so as a speech-language pathologist when she completes her graduate studies at Northern Arizona University in 2023. Yadira is licensed through the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board.
